My Email that Changed Everything
Arcbound 🤝 Graviten
Five months ago, I sent an email that changed everything.
It was to Tim Springer. Subject line: “Winning, Together.”
Inside, I laid out the gaps in the personal brand space:
→ Too expensive
→ Too manual, impossible to scale
→ Can’t prove ROI
A model that wasn’t built to meet this moment.
Which became clear in my financial strategy meetings with Pramod Dabir.
That email marked the start of a new chapter. One designed to serve millions of sales professionals, scale personalization, and velocitize our growth.
So I turned my focus to high-trust, high-referral (and interconnected) verticals:
→ Mortgage
→ Real Estate
→ Insurance
→ Wealth Management
Industries where sales teams can’t do their own marketing — and where marketers can’t support 50+ sales professionals effectively.
In May, I flew out to meet Tim, where we discussed partnering,
in what now has become Graviten.
Then we got to work.
→ Interviewing 50 marketing, sales, and executive leaders
→ Uncovering clear, consistent pain points
→ Developing a product vision designed to reduce costs & accelerate revenue
What we heard—again and again—was this:
→ Fragmented tooling across marketing leaders and sales professionals
→ There was no way to scale support and personalization
→ Attribution for marketing spend was broken.
So we decided to build Graviten.
Think of it as a CMO in your pocket that makes personal branding:

And this is just the start.

We’ve been piloting with First Heritage Mortgage, building portal sites and developing a verticalized content model to scale across their entire sales fleet (and much more).
Our software rolls out by year’s end.
What about Arcbound?
We are having our best year to date.
Arcbound is Graviten’s services layer, which will provide concierge support to top rainmakers. And will continue to support entrepreneurs, investors, & consultants.
And Tim—the one who received that first email?
He’s now our CTO across both companies.
Packaging his learnings building Level Access from 1to100M ARR to help us do the same.
